REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds

• Donations once made cannot be refunded, except in cases of technical error (e.g., double payment, incorrect amount charged).
• Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
• Refund requests can be sent to it.visvas@gmail.com or by contacting us at +91 89460 51082.

Cancellations

• As donations are voluntary contributions, cancellations are not applicable once payment is processed.
• In case of recurring donations, donors may request cancellation of future instalments by contacting VISVAS Charitable Trust in writing.
